We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to join a large food manufacturing company. This role is a great opportunity to join a leading organization that offers a vibrant, exciting work environment.
The role:
- Manage a team of Electrical and Mechanical technicians.
- Responsibilities range from fault-finding on electrical control circuits, shutdowns and general maintenance in a large production plant.
- Ensure efficient performance and reliability of plant equipment, electrical and control systems by promptly responding to breakdowns.
- Ensure equipment reliability by performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure implementation of best practices, continuous improvement initiatives and effective allocation of resources.
- Promote an effective workplace safety culture.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience as an Electrical Supervisor within a manufacturing/production plant.
- Class A Electrical licence.
- Experience in effectively managing a team.
- Strong skills in fault-finding and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and technical skills.
