They are based in Brisbane’s CBD and been operating for over 25 years’, working on a range of complex fit-out and refurbishment projects; from foyers to offices to retail. Projects range from $500k - $5mil.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Tertiary Qualification in Construction Management (Project Management or Quantity Surveying) is preferred however not essential
  • 3+ years local experience in Contracts Administration - preferably within the fit-out space
  • Sound understanding of construction process and methodology 
  • Professional presentation and welcoming, friendly attitude 
  • Motivated self-starter with a good work ethic
  • Tech Savvy 
  • National, well structured company 
  • Diverse role working with range of stakeholders - take ownership of your projects
  • Staff are promoted from within
