About our Client My client, a fast growing business, is currently looking to recruit a Project Cost Accountant to join their modern new offices in Western Sydney. They are well known for being at the cutting edge of their Industry and with the current growth of the business will offer the ideal candidate a stable and friendly working environment. Job Description You will play an active part in providing commercial support to the Group Financial Controller, whilst also fulfilling your financial reporting requirements within the Finance Department. You will be responsible for the preparation, control and analysis of various projects undertaken within the Group. Primarily, you will be assisting the Group Financial Controller with the monthly management reporting, general ledger reporting & WIP reporting. This is a autonomous role with significant exposure to senior finance and management, and as such excellent communication skills are paramount. The Successful Applicant You will be tertiary Qualified and ideally have commenced your CPA studies, and have had experience in a Project Accounting or a Job Costing role within Commerce & Industry. Having worked in a architectural firm or in the Infrastructure industry in a similar role would be advantageous.
